Managing Member Tom has been involved in golf operations since 1966. Tom’s career began at the Rock Island Arsenal Golf Club, a semi-private club operating on a military base in Rock Island, Illinois, where he first nurtured his love of golf by cleaning clubs and shining shoes. | |

Managing Member Tony has been around golf his entire life and loves every part of the business. After graduating from Indiana University in 2001, Tony accepted a job in Chicago working for a Fortune 500 company. | |

Sara brings over 20 years of experience in sports promotions & marketing and event planning to RGM. She started her career with the Champaign County Convention and Visitors Bureau where she coordinated, in conjunction with the University of Illinois and IHSA, the first IHSA State Football Playoff Championships ever held and played at historic Memorial Stadium. |
