Food & Beverage Management

RGM assists the onsite team with developing a food and beverage management plan.  Some facilities may find that a 100% all beef hot dog and a domestic beer is the way to go and others may be better off selling an 11 oz filet and a fine glass of Cabernet.  No matter what menu item is offered, we will make sure that all costs, portions and margins will be calculated to assure profitability.

RGM works closely with the managers, chefs, cooks, bartenders, wedding/banquet coordinators, vendors to ensure we are getting the highest quality food and drinks at the best prices.  We have found over the years that our customers don't mind paying a little more for a better quality.  Today, many of our customers are looking for healthier choices so we are always trying new things that will appeal to their desires.
